5. Noisy upper floor neighbours due to dragging of furniture 

6. Lift Breakdowns

7. Corridor lights breakdown.

8. Power failure of units and corridors. 

9. Children and pets playing on balcony without grills. 

10. Vehicle thefts on roadside outside RC.

11. No covered walkway to MRT & LRT station. 

12. Double parking at ground-floor shopping car parks. 

ROOF WALKWAY AT RC RESIDENCES

As of today, walkway is slowly being constructed.

Slow works maybe due to the holy month of Ramadan which ends next week.

COVERED WALKWAY BEING CONSTRUCTED

DBKL has started to build a covered walkway from Razak Mansion to our MRT stop at our RC Residences in front of KK Mart.

Covered walkway will encourage people to walk.

On the way towards RC Residences

Hopefully, it can continue to the overhead bridge.

Then, a covered walkway be built from overhead bridge to the LRT station at Salak South.

RC RESIDENTS WAITING FOR MRT BUSES IN THE OPEN

With more residents staying in RC Residence, more residents are using the MRT bus stop opposite KC Mart. 

The MRT stop has no overhead shelter and residents must wait for the bus under the sun or rain. 

With a population of at least 20,000 residents, MRT should construct a covered walkway and a MRT stop shelter This is not caring for MRT customers. 

A proper bus shelter must be built as soon as possible. 

PESTA TANGLONG

RC Residence and Razak Mansion management committees are organizing a joint Pesta Tanglong this weekend. 

All residents of RC Residence and Razak Mansion are invited to join in this festival.
