DBKL INSTALLS WEBCAMS

DBKL has installed webcam cameras at Jalan Razak Mansion and Jalan Razak Mansion 1.

The cameras will be monitored by DBKL Command And Control centre.

RAPIDKL ON DEMAND SERVICE

Please to inform all residents that RapidKL On Demand Service is now available around our residences.

Another public transport service for our premises.

You generally cannot take RapidKL On-Demand (ROD) without booking because it's a shared-ride app-based service, not a fixed bus; you must use the designated app (like Rapid On-Demand, Kummute, Trek) to book your ride, select pick-up/drop-off points, and pay, as it groups passengers for efficiency within specific zones, especially connecting to transit hubs. 

Here's why booking is essential:

Shared Ride: ROD optimizes routes by grouping people going similar directions, so a driver needs your booking to know where to find you and where to go next.

App-Based System: It functions like a mini-ride-hailing service but for public transport, allowing you to choose your specific starting point and destination within a zone.

No Fixed Routes (Like Regular Buses): Unlike normal buses that loop, ROD vans only operate when booked, making pre-booking necessary to get a ride. 

How to use it:

Download the App: Get the Rapid On-Demand app (or Kummute/Trek in some areas).

Book a Ride: Select your pick-up and drop-off points within the service zone.

Wait for the Van: The app shows the van's arrival time, plate number, and driver details.

Pay: Use Touch 'n Go, e-wallets, cards, or passes.

EXTENDING ANOTHER 100m COVERED WALKWAY

Another 100 meters covered walkway will be constructed from MRT stop just before the overhead bridge.

 

Hopefully, the covered walkway will be constructed to the LRT Salak South station before end 2025.

FULLY LIGHTED UP COVERED WALKWAY

The covered walkway from Razak Mansion to RC Residences is now fully lighted up with solar led lights.

Lighted up walkway will ensure safe walk at night.

OFFICIAL OPENING OF WALKWAY

The recently installed covered walkway from Razak Mansion to MRT Bus stop at RC Residences was officially opened on 12th. May 2025.

The next covered walkway from this stop should be extended to the Salak South LRT station.
