KK MART 24 HOURS HAS OPENED

Since 26.7.2023, KK 24 hours mart has begun operation. 

You can buy daily items and has a snack and drinks here. 

INSTALLING SAFETY GRILLS

Residents have begun installing safety grills in their apartments.

 

Some owners are also doing renovation before shifting in or renting them out.

PURSUING A COVERED WALKWAY FROM RC RESIDENCES TO LRT SALAK SOUTH STATION

Some residents are trying to convince DBKL to construct a covered walkway to Salak South LRT station. 

It is within walking distance of about 1 km from our RC Residence.

CONVERT PART OF MULTI PURPOSE HALL INTO OUR COMMUNITY CENTRE CUM RESOURCE CENTRE

To utilize our multipurpose hall fully,  our management can convert part of this hall into our community cum resource centre. 

By doing so,  residents can utilize this multi purpose hall as our community cum resource centre. 

Children and elderly can access to the community cum resource center to read donated books, read newspapers and magazines. 

If there are special activities, the community centre  can still be used as a multi purpose hall. 

MRT BUS ROUTES TO MRT CHAN SOW LIN

Our RC Residence is well connected to the MRT station at Jalan Chan Sow Lin. One way bus fare is only RM 1.00 only. 

I took the MRT bus to MRT Chan Sow Lin. The one way journey took 15 minutes. From MRT station to RC Residences is only 10 minutes.

High time for us to request for a covered bus shelter instead of a bus stop like this.

               Unsatisfactory MRT bus stop.

Maybe KK Supermart can sponsor a covered bus shelter for our residents.

LRT Salak South is about 1 km away. Our residents are requesting to DBKL to construct a covered walkway to this station. 

KK MART TO OPEN ON 26.7.2023

KK Mart is to open on 26th. July 2023. By doing so,  residents can buy items from this shop. 

Another shop opening soon.

APARTMENT SIGNAGES ON ALL LEVELS

When I collected my apartment keys recently, I was elated.

I took the lift to the 12th. Floor. Upon reaching the floor concerned, I did not know whether to turn left or right to my apartment as there is no signages.

It will be good for our management to put up simple signages on all floors to indicate the units layout.

This is important as the corridor is also very long.

RESOURCE CENTRE AT BLOCK A1?

Resource Centre

Our management has a gym, multipurpose hall, swimming pools-and-a-cafeteria at level 9. 

Maybe,  we can ask them to set up an air-condition resource centre,  reading room and shelves with Internet facilities. 

Residents can donate books to populate the resource center.

Retired persons can become librarians.

Welcome to our website for RC Residences Block A1.

Since mid July 2023, our developer, Impianika has been issuing vacant possession and keys to owners of this development.

Located at Sungai Besi, once fully occupied, it will be a small township.

MRT Chan Sow  Lin and LRT Salak South are nearby with highways around. 

3 schools, Pasar Razak mansion, temple  and a mosque are also nearby. 

Facilities around our block include children play area,  wading pool, adult swimming pool, cafeteria, multi purpose hall and others.
